BRQ and a private bank automate responses to legal notices with GenAI and over 90% accuracy

One of Brazil's five largest private banks needed to automate responses to legal notices it received, a process that required careful analysis of each request and proactive execution of the necessary actions. Every document, regardless of format, had to be read, have its information captured and have responses prepared for the requesting authorities. The manual process was subject to legal risk and operational inefficiency, with documents ranging from 1 to 300 pages. To automate this workflow, the bank partnered with BRQ.

In partnership with the bank, BRQ developed a Generative AI solution built on Fusion BRQ, its proprietary platform, integrated with the bank's legacy systems. The AI reads the documents, extracts crucial data, such as the checking account period, and feeds it directly into the automation pipeline, also connecting to the client's existing RPA.

The solution processes legal notices quickly and accurately, regardless of size or format, with average accuracy above 90%. The result was a significant reduction in the legal risk associated with manual handling, a gain in operational efficiency, and proof of Generative AI's potential to transform critical processes and meet regulatory requirements.
