In this context, Pitch Maker was created through a strategic collaboration between Santander, BRQ, and AWS. This pioneering solution in the Brazilian financial market uses Generative AI to transform data into precise, personalized recommendations in seconds.
Natively integrated into advisors’ workflows, Pitch Maker analyzes investment profiles, current portfolios, interaction history, and market trends to generate strategic pitches tailored to each client’s needs.
Built on a microservices architecture in Amazon EKS, powered by Amazon Aurora and the inference engine of Amazon Bedrock, the solution combines robustness, security, and scalability. Prompt curation ensures alignment with the bank’s governance and compliance guidelines.
Transformation in numbers
The adoption of Pitch Maker delivered immediate and tangible gains. Preparation time dropped from 35 minutes to under 30 seconds, allowing advisors to focus more on strategic client relationships.
