The challenge

One of the largest mobile carriers in Latin America needed to validate, analyze and fill out a massive volume of labor lawsuits, a task previously spread across several law firms. With demand reaching 400,000 documents per month, the client turned to a partnership with BRQ for a solution that would speed up the process without compromising the accuracy and quality of the legal work.

What we did

We developed Smart Juris STT (Subsídio Trabalhista de Terceiro), a Generative AI solution based on OpenAI's GPT-4 and integrated with a secure VPN. The AI reads documents, extracts information and validates filings, payment receipts and initial documents, making sure all of them are correctly filled out.

The implementation, carried out by BRQ in partnership with the carrier, took only 2 weeks and delivered immediate productivity gains, reducing time spent on manual tasks and freeing up professionals for strategic activities.
