How we made an impact
We built a centralized logistics management hub for Ambev in Power BI, unifying previously decentralized data into a single repository and creating a near-real-time monitoring view.
This gave the team greater operational visibility and the agility to make decisions based on standardized, reliable insights.

The goal was to establish a centralized command tower to provide visibility, integration, and agility in logistics management.
We began with a discovery phase to understand needs, limitations, and decision impacts, defining what should be centralized and how to structure the user experience.
Next, we developed a design system and prototypes for testing until the final dashboard was consolidated, with a single repository and centralized management, strategically segmented.
The solution—a Control Tower for directors and vice presidents—featured Power BI dashboards built from the client’s real needs, with UX/UI incorporated from the start.
