The challenge
With social isolation, in-person inspections became unfeasible, directly compromising the operations of Brazil's largest insurer. There was an urgent need for a solution that would resume operations without compromising safety or customer service.
We were brought in to develop a self-inspection platform that would allow policyholders to carry out inspections remotely themselves, all using artificial intelligence and neural networks to classify and analyze the submitted images.
