We applied AI agents end to end in the internationalization of the GOL app: from technical analysis of the requirements to code generation, testing, quality review and the tagging plan, speeding up deliveries with quality and predictability.
In six months, the app, which until then operated only in Brazilian reais, began operating with nine currencies, different points of sale, cabin upgrades, seat maps and a complete international journey for 72 countries.
