The challenge
How could we launch an app for B3 investors that aligns with the user journey while ensuring security and scalability to support B3’s pillars of education, new investment products, and services that simplify the investor experience?
The turning point
During the discovery and behavioral analysis phase, we found that fragmented tools were creating critical friction in the user journey. Data and interviews revealed that the main pain point was not technical, but related to usability and context: users simply did not know where to go to solve what they needed.
Based on this insight, we prioritized native integration with legacy systems and conversational AI, driving immediate adoption and significantly reducing resolution time for user requests.
The partnership with BRQ was key to the success of this project. They helped us define the strategy and ensured development followed best practices in engineering, security, and data analytics.

What we delivered
We developed an app for retail investors that centralizes portfolio visualization in a single place, bringing together fixed-income and equities assets held across different brokerages.
The solution includes access to statements, dividends, and investment performance, along with a push notification framework.
Built in Flutter, the app was designed as cloud-native from day one, with advanced security layers such as biometric authentication and facial recognition. It was also designed with accessibility in mind and includes automation to enable fast, reliable updates.
