BRQ Commitment
BRQ believes and pursues the concept of responsible company, focusing its actions on campaigns and commitments aimed at well-being and quality of life of the society.

Team work
We encourage our more than 3,000 professionals to develop social awareness through ecological and community actions. We divide our social responsibility action into two stages. The first, oriented to our current and future professionals, and the second intended for the benefit of society.

Training
BRQ continuously invests in professional qualification at all levels, with incentive and financial support for on-site trainings, on-line learning courses, certifications, workshops and other events.

Interns Qualification
BRQ offers a program for interns qualification. The participants are trained in technical, processes and behavior areas under supervision of tasks and periodic assessments.

Social, Community and Ecological Action
At BRQ we aim to the future by promoting concrete actions, always seeking long-term partnerships with the government and clients supporting the same cause.
